If you would like to make an order on our website, you should get access to your account (you can log in to your account, if you have one or register it, if you are a new customer).

Click on article which you would like to purchase. Choose your article and send it to cart by clicking “send to shopping cart” button.

You can continue your shopping by clicking “continue shopping” button.

When you finished, check your registered address. If your address is incorrect or your address bar is empty, fill it in by clicking on “add new delivery address”.

Now you can choose method of payment. Just click on “continue payment”.

As soon as your payment is finished, you can see the number of your order and get the confirmation on e-mail.

“Shopping cart” use

You can check your shopping cart any time. It is not hard to find it, you can see the “shopping cart” icon on every page of our website.

By clicking on this icon you are able to:

  • See how many articles were added to your shopping cart
  • Change number of every article
  • Delete articles from your shopping cart if you changed your mind
  • Inquire if the status of your order was changed. For example: “absent in a warehouse”

Change or cancel the order

If you would like to change or cancel the order, make a call to our customer service (+41 (0) 26 424 24 19) or write on e-mail (info@ecolens.ch.). The order can't be changed or cancelled if it's status set as “Delivered”.
