Return & Refund
We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, we will be glad to take it back.
You have a possibility to return products, which did not suit you during 15 DAYS from the date of delivery. All products must be in the same condition in which they were received. Also, products must have their original packages.
How to send products back?

Please repack the received order (in it's original package) and put filled return form in it. Then send it back to:
Do I have a possibility to refund payment for postage expenses?
There is no option to refund payment for postage expenses. In case If you received wrong or defective order, we will pay for your delivery.
How can I change product colour or size?
If you want to change colour or size of delivered product, we can send you the product with more preferable characteristics as long as it is available in stock. If you want to make an exchange, you should return the delivered product at first. As soon as we receive it, we will check the presence of preferable product.
How to refung money for order?
The processing of returns can take up to 7 days. You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your return will have been processed.
Prepaid orders: The refund of money will be made automatically to your Ecolens account. If you want to refund money to your bank account, then please follow the instructions of the e-mail or contact our customer service.
Invoice: We will inform BillPay GmbH about delivry. The returned amount will be deducted from the invoice, that has not been paid yet.
