How to insert and remove soft contact lenses?

Soft contact lenses should be inserted according to the following instruction:

  1. Put one of the lenses on the tip of the index finger of the hand you write with. Be sure the lens is right-side-out (the edges should turn up, not out).

  2. Look straight ahead. Pull down your lower eyelid with the middle finger of the same hand.

  3. Pull the top lid up with the index finger of the other hand and look up.

  4. Gently place the lens on the lower white of the eye.

  5. Remove your index finger and release your eyelid.

  6. Look down, and close your eyes for a moment. The lens will center itself.

  7. Repeat for the other lens.

Soft contact lenses should be removed according to the following instruction:

  1. Look up and pull the lower lid down with the middle finger of the hand you write with.

  2. Place your index finger on the lower edge of your lens, and slide the lens down to the white of your eye.

  3. Squeeze the lens lightly between your index finger and thumb and remove gently.

  4. Repeat for the other eye.

How often should contact lens storage case be replaced?

Contact lens storage case should be replaced for at least once in three months, because it accumulates harmful deposits and microbes, that can generate a negative impact on the eye health of the user. It is also recommended to wash contact lens case every time before use (lens care solution can be used for this purpose).

How often should I visit eye doctor while wearing contact lenses?

How to care for soft contact lenses?

The use of enzyme pills "Sensitive Eyes" (not required if you use multi-purpose solution "ReNu MultiPlus"): Take an empty clean container and fill it with the solution (10 ml). Then put one enzyme pill and your contact lenses in the solution for 23 hours. After this time remove eye lenses from the container, rinse them and put in the multi-purpose solution for the whole night. Repeat this procedure once a month.

How to apply makeup while using contact lenses?
